Vol. 11 No. 1 (2026): ADAPTATION

In our recent call for papers, Pivot invited submissions on the theme of "Adaptation." The issue that resulted tackles this idea in multiple ways, from autotheory and a review of Emerald Fennel's Wuthering Heights to creative poems and visual art that challenge our notions of what it means to adapt in and to uncertain times.

In keeping with this year's theme, the 2026 issue marks the transition of Pivot from a primarily critical publication to a journal that blends creative and academic work.
