Abstract

Palimpsest of Routes layers dotted paths, loops, and bright fragments into a map that has been revised again and again. Like a palimpsest—rewritten while still holding earlier traces—the image preserves prior crossings beneath new directions. Adaptation appears here as continual re-routing: movement shaped by pressure, memory, and constraint, in which the work of surviving is less about arrival than ongoing navigation.
